    As soon as i connect i pod nano to i tunes it syncs up alright then says ok to dissconnect and cannot add tunes or delete them. Have the latest i tunes software update. Laptop is acer aspire 5720 wiyh windows vista. Can anybody help please? Have also restored device on i tunes sight.

    Use a desktop with a rear USB2 port and see if it works. Wink
