VSO-Software issues warning for HP-DVD300E owners
VSO-Software has issued a warning for HP-DVD300E
owners. It seems that the combination of this drive together with CopyToDVD kills the
drive somehow. The cause of the problem remains unknown but the software
developers and HP are working on a solution. HP-DVD300E owners are encouraged to
contact customer support.

nero and others have the problem too. it is relative to change book type, every software is concerned. but only 1 drive failed. I let you conclude

If more than 1 peice of software is buggering up this drive then it's more likley dodgy firmware than bad programming on VSO's side.
