This year, Pioneer has shown to be one of the first manufacturers who offer a DVD-Recorder for under 1000 U$! They've shown their new DVR-A03 at Cebit in Germany. The DVR-A03 reads any kind of media, and is capable of recording DVD's at 2-speed (CD-R 4-speed). At this moment the average price for a DVD-Recorder is between 3000 and 5000 U$.
