Another new digital music service launched, MusicNow

Music company FullAudio has launched another new digital music service called, how original, MusicNow. FullAudio has been developing the service for several years and has obtained licensing from the big five major labels. MusicNow is designed around 36 channels:

"MusicNow is on the forefront of a dramatic market paradigm shift beyond the labor-intensive 'search and browse' database model developed by Napster," said Scott Kauffman, president and chief executive officer of Chicago-based FullAudio, which is owned by a group of venture capital firms.

MusicNow offers two tiers of subscriptions, ranging from $ 4.95 a month for premium radio to $ 9.95 a month for premium radio plus unlimited conditional downloads available for on-demand play online and offline for the duration of the subscription, as well as 99 cents per song permanent downloads that can be burned to CD or transferred to portable devices.

According to the article MusicNow includes more than 200.000 songs and will have a music magazine-like format. It should therefore be easier to use than other music downloading services.

But which quality do they offer?
CD quality for streaming audio and radio quality for permanent downloads?

I looked it over. Says it's cd quality and you can burn cds for 99 cents per track. Not to bad. They offer a 7 day trial but after that it's 9 bucks a month to listen. 99 cents more if you want to burn a track
