Today, we are pleased to share a recent company visit by two CD Freaks staffers to the Ricoh Europe facility. Thanks to an ongoing correspondence, they were cordially invited to come and meet in person with Ricoh's Sales and Marketing Manager, Mr.Ké¼sters.
During the conference, an introduction to the Ricoh product line was given, including some new, upcoming items, then they were given the chance to put forth some questions during the interview portion of the visit. You know they asked some good ones too, as many of the questions they had prepared were actually written by our own, very inquisitive, CD Freaks forum members!
As an example of what was seen that day, we have below, a graphic representation of a new hybrid CD-R/CD-ROM product coming from Ricoh that includes a security feature called EncryptEase. EncryptEase provides a password protected area on the CD with built in encryption and decryption software for high data security.

When you have finished reading the article, if you have more questions or comments, please feel free to join the discussion here. A big thank you goes out to both these guys, for making the effort in all our behalf to learn more about the great Ricoh company. Also, a big thanks and a tip of the hat goes out to Ricoh and Mr. Ké¼sters for spending their valuable time talking with us that day. We really appreciate it!
