CD/DVD recovery tool CDRoller updated to version 5.21
A new version of the CD/DVD recovery tool CDRoller has been released today.
CDRoller can be used to retrieve data from discs created by "drag and drop" CD/DVD writing software such as DirectCD and InCD. Besides that it can recover CD data created by Sony digital cameras, retrieve back up files from discs recorded in several stages (multisession CDs), find and retrieve lost files on UDF discs and rescue CD/DVD data from scratched, damaged or defective discs. A complete list of features can be found on the CDRoller
website. Here's the changelog for the latest version:

Changes in CDRoller 5.21:

  • "Forced scan" option of Scan UDF Disc is updated. Added options for data recovery off the DVD-RAMs created by Panasonic DVD-RAM recorder (standalone device), including quick-erased discs.
  • Minor bugs fixed.
You can get the update/trial version from cdroller.com. Feel free to post your experiences with this software in our General Software Forum or in the comments below.
