Download WinOnCD 6 Personal Edition for free - and learn some German

If you're not browsing the Club CD Freaks Forums yet then you're probably of the kind that can't be convinced anyway, maybe free stuff helps? Forum member a²°  found a link to the Roxio Germany website where you can download and register WinOnCD6 PE for the price of nothing. Well, nothing, that is if you have a broadband connection, else the 147MB download might be a little over the top.

For those who want to register and don't speak German, here  a translation of the input fields for your convenience. Vorname = First name, Nachname = Family name, Email Adresse = E-mail address (doh!), Land = Country. After that tick one of the publications near the Bezugsquelle (Source of visit) caption, we know you hate to be a liar, but hey, they simply don't list us! Read the entire thread here and don't forget to post to thank a²°.

(we honestly don't know if the software is only available in German or in multiple languages, hence this little disclaimer)

a²°Howdy partners, my installation says that the available languages are english and german. If WinOnCD should start with the german interface (don't know if this could happen) you can change it to english under "Optionen/Einstellungen/Einstellungen/Sprache". And you can update the free PowerEdition to the latest Servicepack 6.03. Get it here: http://www.roxio.com/en/support/de/software_updates.jhtml (This page is german as well, scroll down and search for: WinOnCD 6 Power / DVD Edition: - Servicepack 6.03 and click the link. Best Regards (w00t, I made it on the main page supergrin)

DoMiN8ToRDid you actually try it? WinOnCD was once one of the most popular burning applications and is different from e.g. Easy Media Creator. WinOnCD was developed by the German company CeQuadrat and bought by Adaptec back in the days. Your comments are so harsh that I really hope you can back them up.

LastStandYou can change the language to english using the options menu then the preferences tab. Language support is either english or deutsch (german).
