More and more local news channels go HD. This time it's KGW NewsChannel 8 from Portland... After five months of preparation by acquiring and installing the new equipment, KGW 8 is now broadcasting live in HD.
After a day at work you can now enjoy 'live, detailed pictures of the weather in Portland'. As being the first local station in the area to go HD, we can only wish these innovative broadcasters luck.
