KazaaSearch, automatic search and download manager for KaZaA

MrStimpy has submitted a link to an interesting tool called KazaaSearch. With KazaaSearch you can greatly extend the basic search features in KaZaA (and KaZaA Lite) for free!

Since yesterday a new version of this handy tool has been released with the following changes:

KazaaSearch v2.3.5:

  1. Sorting results by length, file size, ETA, and integrity is now actually available. Integrity sorting will only work if your Kazaa uses English words for integrity in the Search results. Files without integrity rating are treated as having Average integrity.
  2. Minor bugs fixed, such as /silent restart failure

If you're interested in reading more on KazaaSearch you can find its homepage here. Please share your experiences with this software in our General Software Forum!

the interface is confusing and the programme is uncomfortable to use, one has to click 10 times to perform one action. if the programme were useful, one would accept it, but actually the programme doesn't do anything special, everything that it does is already included in kazaa k++ version. what do you need? unlimited searches and autosearchmore, that's all. even the supernode adding and hopping programmes that were released some days ago are useless, you can find everything on the same supernode or switch to another supernode in the existing list manually. nothing else except for k++ is needed. all other progs may be interesting to test, if you are interested, but turn out to be useless in the end. besides, why is this prog on cdfreaks? it has nothing to do with burning.

Correct but then again, a lot of news posted on CD Freaks is not directly related to burning (piracy, file-sharing, etc). It's just a tool that might be handy for a lot of people and that's why it was posted.

If you want a tool that will realy cause an earthquake on the FastTracknetwork you should try KaZupernodes. It makes you select a specific supernode for your KaZaA Lite. So jump around the planet with your KaZaA client. Go from Europa to Asia to Australia and find what you are looking for. You can even locate your friends now!! http://www.fasttrackhelp.com Happy hopping Smilie
