Kodak can stop video piracy
The dutch newspaper the Telegraaf got an artical about a new procetion for dvds

A new invention of kodak is the latest weapon against digital video piracy. A invisible `fingerprint` that shows where and when the movie is copy`d the `fingerprint` will be on every image of the movie. Kodak speaks of a 100% reliable system.

The digital `fingerprint` can only be read by special equipment. Kodak listened to the propecisions of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers,it will be a hard and software related system how it precisely works is a secret.

Didnt we all heard that before ?

Isn't it a bit too late for this. It will be difficult to change the hardware. Anyways, if they can put invisible fingerprints in, I'm sure hackers can invisibly take out or change the fingerprints.
