LCD market matures

Many Asian LCD TV makers are starting to see returns. These manufacturers see that the market matures. A handful of these will see real profit boosts, since they have strong brands and good exposure.

Planned investments and strong management are helping to stabilize profits. Beside its market is maturing, flat screens are also gaining publicity. Better management and doubled popularity mean good news for companies like LG.Philips.

LG Philips is officially tipped as a successor. The only thing that could make the market fall back is over-supply because of optimism. That the market matures means good news for us. More research, better products and over-supply could mean lower prices.

FidelCThat all may be, but there isnt still a decent 20-22" monitor with 1080 lines, good contrast and a TV tuner. heck, its hard to find a small LCD for a bedroom with a tuner in any reasonable quality, in any price range.
