LiteOn 32x Firmware Update

Both oglsmm and ljhamilton used our newssubmit to tell us about a new firmware for the LiteOn 321240S drive.

At our Forum they are already discussion this new firmware. If you are interested you have to visit this thread in our LiteOn section.

Improved Playability of Tages and StarForce Copied Disks hähähähä
It doens't work under XP. I heard someone updated under win98 without Norton Antivirus running... I and many people tryed but it doesn't work 
The update does work under XP....Just got through doing mine. Works fine just like all previous updates.

I also couldn't get it to work under winXP.
This update wouldn't work on XP for me either but worked fine under windows me. I am convinced that liteon must not do much testing on their products to release a f/w update that won't work on the current OS. Hopefully this will solve my problem of Princo CD-Rs not working though.
