MSI (Micro Star International) has added the
specifications of their latest DVD recorder, the DR8-A, to their
website. The drive supports the following recording speeds: 8x DVD+R,
4x DVD+RW, 4x DVD-R, 2x DVD-RW, 40x CD-R and 24x CD-RW. Besides these
high recording speeds the DR8-A drive supports HD-BURN (High Density Burn,
record 1.4GB to a standard 700MB CD-R discs) and ABS (Anti-Bumping
System):
