As we know, Morpheus is merged with Kazaa, which is currently in court. What happens if Kazaa folds to the court?

They merged? I thought they just used the same protocal (FastTrack).

You are right Robo they are just using the same network and (essentially) the same software. However it would seem that with this release that MusicCity are adding their own code to the program. If the network is shut down, you will still be able use Morpheus 2, due to its support for the Gnutella network Smilie Of couse the Gnutella is greatly inferior to the to the FastTrack based network used by Morpehus/Kazza/Grokster. However if the FastTrack network was shut down it would mean that there would be a huge increase in the number of people using the Gnutella network, which would help it.
