New DVD X Copy version released, support for Win 98SE/ME

Thanks to gargoyle and so40 we know that 321 Studio's has released a new DVD X Copy version. With DVD X Copy you can easily create back-ups of your favourite DVD movies and this latest version has the following changelog:


DVD X Copy v1.4:

  • Windows 98 SE/ME support - DVDXCopy v1.4.0 has support for windows 98 SE and windows ME.
  • Gearworks is now the default internal burning engine.
  • Nero is now available only as an external burn engine. In order for External burning to work correctly, you must have a full version of Nero installed on your pc. Please note that the latest version of Nero is recommended (version 5.5.10.0 as of 27JAN2003)
  • Unified driver installation - it is no longer necessary to run an external program to configure the drivers or the software.


    • As you can see this DVD X Copy version has some important changes and will allow more people to use the software. Downloads to this latest version can be found right here.
