Plextor has announced a new generation of Network Attached Storage (NAS) drives that are targeted to both SOHO users and small businesses. The company says that they used the success of their previous range and re-engineered the unit and its interface. Plextor comes with a 500GB and 1TB version, called the Plextor StorX PX-NAS500L and PX-NAS-1000L.
The optical and hard disk manufacturer stated that the NAS drive is made for people in different experience levels, which make the drive "reliable, user-friendly and easy to manage and install". "Every small office user eventually finds out they can never have enough storage, especially as demand soars to store, share and back-up data over a network," says Rudy De Meirsman, Sales & Marketing Manager at Plextor.
To help you in these situations and to offer you a higher capacity, Plextor came with this next-gen 1TB NAS drive.
