Opensource burning software: cdrdao-1.1.7 has been released

Today a new version of Cdrdao has been released, bringing the version number to 1.1.7. Cdrdao is an open source burning software package that is available for several Operating Systems, also for Windows. The software is command line, which means you have to type commands to use it, unless you use a Graphical User Interface (GUI) like BurnAtOnce to pass the commands to the software. Below is the changelog:

Cdrdao changelog:

  • Fixed crash in toc-file reader (only occurred for a certain type of syntactical error).
  • Fixed compilation problems of "toc2mp3.cc" with pre gcc-3.x compilers.
  • Updated driver table.

  • More information and downloads of this software can be found here. BurnAtOnce can be downloaded here.

Note that the software is able to backup SafeDisc 2 protected games (read here) and is able to burn .ISO and .BIN/.CUE files.
