Optorite
has unveiled the specifications of its first double layer writer, the DD1205.
Besides support for burning DVD+R DL the specifications seem to be identical to
the DD1203 meaning 12x DVD+R, 8x DVD-R, 4x DVD±RW and 40x/24x CD-R/RW write
speeds. As usual Optorite has also included support for HD-Burn which doubles
the capacity of a CD-R.
