Our member pepst has posted pictures of a production facility of SkyMedia in Switserland. The company went bankrupt in 2006 and unfortunately their production facility is therefor no longer in use. However the pictures give a nice internal view of what's going on in a CD recordable factory.

"Some nice photos from SkyMedia's factory in Yvonand (Swiss). The company does not exist anymore, it went bankrupt in september of 2006. These photos were taken by Matus Valter (reviewer of Slovakian magazine PC REVUE), thank you Matus for sending them to me)

He had a chance to visit that factory in the autumn of 2004 when SkyMedia sold CD-R lines to Vietnam (at the time of the visit they were moving them from Yvonand's facility) and just few months before SkyMedia stopped also DVD-R production."
