Plextor Europe releases new firmware for PX-W4824TA

Plextor has updated the firmware of their latest model the PX-W4824TA. The new firmware bring the version number to 1.01 and adds support for new media, fixes a bug and improves the support for Mount Rainier.


PX-W4824TA V1.01

Added:

  • Support for newer CD-R media.

    Fixed Bugs:

  • The PoweRec disable setting is changed after a simulate write.

    Improvements:

  • Many improvements for Mount Rainier support
