Ars Technica, Seagate announced the new Barracuda 7200.11 hard drive, featuring 16-32MB of cache (a huge improvement compared to the 2MB-16MB on the older drives).
Interesting features are also a higher areal density (250GB vs. 188GB), and a lower dB rating and power consumption thanks to the drive's four-platter design.
A first look at this drive is available at

Um, these drives have been out for awhile now....They're just a consumer version of the (now obsolete) Barracuda ES line. The Barracuda ES.2 is a better series with higher reliability, and is worth the couple extra dollars (literally!) premium that you pay over the consumer versions
