According to Sony, the mobile phone network connection will allow users to download information, entertainment content and software in addition to exchanging data with other users.

And why the hell would you surf the net with a mobile's LCD screen? If the mobile connects to the PSX the TV would be a better way to view the homepages...
But I don't think the mobile connection is going to be used for surfing mainly, multiplayer games is more likely..
