In another aim for Sony to promote and boost the Blu-ray format and get customers on to its Playstation Network, Sony has announced that it will give away copies of James Bond Casino Royale on Blu-ray to the first 500,000 European users who register on the Playstation Network, according to pocket-lint.

my goodness; at that high price, they should give away extra controllerS, ps2 adapters, hdmi cables, extra points or whatever on ps3 network, and movies; even if sony does that, i wouldn't consider it "give away", but buying a bundle package.

Afterwards, Sony releases Blueray stats that show they just jumped ahead of HD-DVD by 500,000 more sales!!!
I love the way Sony skews the numbers.
