Time Warner Cable brings more HD to Queens, New York

After Time Warner Cable wiped out an amount of HD offerings in New York's capital city, it now appears these will be available in Queens.
Rumors indicate that some residents in Queens can watch CNN HD, M HD, History Channel HD and others. In Woodside (neighbourhood in Queens) residents seem to fetch the NFL HD channel...
Anyone knows if this is true?
