While using this program a number of points both positive and negative came up. These are listed below for easy reference.

Conclusion:

CloneDVD Mobile is certainly a very easy program to use and with SlySoft saying that more new features will be added over time this certainly looks like one program that will keep on getting better. Checking out the website shows that it is retailing at about $39 but this goes down if you buy more than one SlySoft program at the same time.

This is still however a program in the early stages on development and a number of bugs have been discovered, but with the SlySoft team behind this program it is only going to get better.

A quick look at the history log on the website shows that in the last 2 months, 5 versions have been released all either adding new features or addressing problems. Even while putting this first look together the program was updated to version 1.0.7.1 with a whole host of additional features. Some of the main highlights can be seen below.

The next few months will be an interesting time in the life of CloneDVD Mobile. There are already a number of similar applications around that already do the same thing so we will have to see if SlySoft can convince people that this is the best program around to convert there movies to go onto there handheld devices. They have made a good start but only time will tell to see if they can follow it up with the necessary bug fixes and improvements.
