DVDFab Platinum 3 backs up your DVDs, converts them into formats for your iPod, PSP etc, and also converts them into generic formats such as XviD and MPEG-4 – quickly and easily.

Program Features:

DVDFab Platinum 3 is continually updated, with new features being added all the time. Currently, these are among the program’s features:

• Backup a full disc, with all menus and trailers
• Backup just the main movie and your chosen audio/subtitles
• Split a DVD9 onto two DVD5 discs, and keep original menus on both discs
• Make a DVD with your favourite titles, specify title playback order, keep (or get rid of) original menus, and even get rid of commercials by using the Customise option
• Make a 1:1 copy to a DVD9 using the original layer break position with the Clone option
• Copy PS2 DVDs
• Copy your discs to your iPod or PSP
• Convert to MPEG-4, DivX, XviD etc. using the Generic option
• Backup scratched or dirty discs – even if some IFOs can’t be read, you can use the Customise of Main Movie options

The software requirements for the program are as follows:

• Operating System – Windows Vista/XP/2000/98/ME
• 256MB RAM

Provided that the system can run the operating system the specifications will be high enough. However, conversion is a CPU intensive process so the higher specification your CPU is the quicker it will go.
