Conclusion

Conclusion:

Since this labelling technique is relatively fresh and new - there seems to be very few DVD-Writers that support it, and at the moment only NEC and its OEM supports the Labelflash™ technique.

For the future we can only hope that other drive-manufacturers will support the Labelflash™ technique.

At the moment only FujiFilm have released a Labelflash™ capable media, but some sources have told us that another brand will follow and an estimated date will be within 4 to 8 weeks, if everything goes as planned.

In closing this article, we would like to ask an interesting unanswered question. Will we ever see a drive that will support both Labelflash™ and LightScribe?
