EZ-DUB Feature:
How does it work?

As easy as 1-2-3:

The EZ-DUB Software CD:

The 'DUB" option:

Let us start with trying out the 'DUB" option. We pressed the 'DUB" button and we got the following screen:

Here we got the option to choose the source drive, and we selected the BenQ DW1655 and clicked 'OK".

A warning/note, we clicked 'YES"

The program asked us to insert the source disc

And then to insert a blank disc in the EZ-DUB drive

We clicked 'OK" and the duplication 'On-The-Fly" started immediately

Almost done

The 'On-The-Fly" duplication was successfully and the program asked us if we wanted additional copies.
One-Drive Copy mode:
Now, let us try without the 'On-The-Fly mode":

We unchecked the 'DUB On-The-Fly" option in the EZ-DUB program

A small note

The program asked us to insert the source disc in the EZ-DUB drive

The drive started to read the disc, writing it was a image on the PC

Almost done

Next, the program asked us to insert a blank disc into the EZ-DUB drive

Writing process started (image from PC to the EZ-DUB drive)

Writing process almost done

The duplication was successfully and the program asked us if we wanted additional copies.
The 'FILE" option:

Now, let us try out the 'FILE" option. We pressed the 'FILE" button and we got the following screen:

The program shows up the steps how to 'Drag-And-Drop" desired files to the EZ-DUB home icon. The EZ-DUB home icon shows us 3 different zones (CD-Disc, DVD Disc and DVD DL Disc) indicating how much space it used. Let us start to drag and drop some files to the EZ-DUB home icon:

A new step popped up, telling us to press the 'FILE" button again to start burning the files we have dragged and dropped on the EZ-DUB home Icon. We can also see that the EZ-DUB home icon indicates that we have filled the home icon up with files that will fit on a CD-R Disc. We dragged some more files to the EZ-DUB home icon:

Now the EZ-DUB home icon greyed out the CD-Disc indicator and continued on the DVD-Disc zone, it also display the filled size in MBs. Let us drag and drop some more files:

As we can see, the EZ-DUB home icon greyed out the DVD-Disc area and continued onto the DVD DL Disc zone. But let us go back to and fill the EZ-DUB home icon with files that will fit on a CD-R:

As we can see we have filled up the ES-DUB icon with files with a total size of 531 MB. Let us insert a blank CD-R into the EZ-DUB drive and press the 'FILE" button to start the writing process:

The EZ-DUB home icon changed the inner colour from blue to black (indicating writing/busy mode). Another window popped up - indicating the writing progress.

The writing progress reached 100% and the program reported that the Operation was successfully completed.
Advanced Options:

By clicking on the 'Advanced Option" area on the EZ-DUB Icon, we get the following menu:

Here we can:
