CD-Text:

If you have a CD-Reader that supports CD-Text this can be a pretty handy feature. CD-Text is information stored on the CD and can contain for example the name of the artist and the name of the song. Readers that don't support CD-Text will just ignore information.

Conclusion:

You should only look for a burner that supports CD-Text if you are able to read it. If you have this, then buy a burner that supports it ! It's much nicer to see the title then just the track number.
